Grief
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Do you feel like no one understands? Do you want to move forward and deal with your emotions?
What to expect? It is a journey.
You will receive a blend of support, empathy and specific coping strategies. It will be up to you to implement these coping strategies, but we will practice them in during our sessions. There are no easy or quick fixes. However, through genuine connection and hard work (in session and in between sessions), progress can be made through your grief. It is a journey and a process.
What’s unique about Nate?
Nate brings his personal experience of losing his brother to suicide as well as clinical experience helping clients work through their grief. This uniquely provides him an opportunity for his clients to see that he is a real person as well as maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
